How ClientRisk Works

ClientRisk is a centralized intelligence database built specifically for Certification Bodies (CBs) to share risk data and for companies to appeal unwarranted blacklisting.

For Certification Bodies

1. Registration & Vetting

Only accredited Certification Bodies can register. Accounts must be manually vetted by our administration. Once approved, you gain access to the reporting dashboard.

2. Publishing Data

When reporting a bad client (e.g., unpaid fees, refusal of surveillance audits), you must hold objective evidence on file. All submissions are cross-referenced, and fraudulent reporting will result in the CB being banned.

3. API Integration

Generate your API key from the dashboard. Use it to automatically screen new applicants against the global blacklist before signing certification contracts.

For Blacklisted Companies

1. The Appeal Process

If you believe your organization was blacklisted unfairly or the issue has been resolved, you may submit an appeal using the "Appeal a Decision" portal. The process takes up to 14 business days.

2. Required Evidence

Appeals without evidence will be rejected immediately. You must upload a single PDF (max 5MB) containing concrete proof. Acceptable documents include: Bank payment receipts confirming cleared debts, official court rulings, or formal clearance letters from the reporting Certification Body.

How to Purchase & Use Credits

1. Select a Pack and enter your email address.
2. Complete the secure payment via Stripe (International) or LiqPay (Ukraine).
3. Once paid, your Instant License Key will appear on the screen for immediate use.
4. A dashboard account is automatically created for you. Check your email for your temporary password.
Note: Your temporary password expires in 7 days and must be changed upon your first login.

Anti-Fraud & Penalties

To prevent "Credit Farming", submitting a company that is already blacklisted grants 0 credits. Submitting fake or fraudulent data will result in immediate API revocation and account suspension (1-90 days or permanent ban).
