We offer digital services and instant access to our proprietary risk database. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate fulfillment of single-check reports, these purchases are considered final and non-refundable once accessed.

Technical Errors & Exceptions

If you purchased a check but were unable to access the report due to a technical system error on our end, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a full refund or a replacement check.

Ongoing Subscriptions

For continuous monitoring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for unused portions of an active subscription are evaluated on a case-by-case basis through our official ticketing system.
